  • No contact design. IC leads can directly touch to the pad on PWB.
  • Because the lead of IC sticks to the pad of the printed PWB, it is an ideal structure similar to soldering.
  • Deterioration in the signal is a little, and it is best for high frequency IC.
  • The socket can be installed only with 2 or 4 screws.

SV Series is the line for QFP.
SV Series covers most of all pich and the number of pins, and they are lined-up as standerd product.
Material : Thermoplastic Polyester ( Partially aluminum )
Condition of temperature for use : -20 - +80℃

* Ceramic package is custom-made.
<< SN Series >> [ For QFN (BCC) ]
SN Series is ones for QFN package and BCC package.
It is in accordance with QFN standard specified by JEITA, and also can be used for BCC as well.
Material : Thermoplastic Polyester
Condition of temperature for use : -20 - +80℃

* Sockets for BCC are cusmon-made.

SSV Series is for SOP and its specification is same to SV Series.
It can be used for all kinds of SOP.

<< H Type >> [High heat-resistant type socket]
( SVH / SSVH / SNH Series )

H Type is hight heat-resistant model. No feature difference form original CLAMP SOCKET.
Since there is no difference from CLAMP SOCKET with shape or size, it can be it can easily veplace the CLAMP SOCKET a installed already.

  << Matters of weight with inquiry and use of CLAMP SOCKET >>
* Price quote or technical question about CLAMP SOCKETS requires the drawing of IC, or a sample of IC package, especially package sample is required for SOP or custom-made products, because CLAMP SOCKETS are not designed for general-purpose use, from the points of view of packageing and size. Please send a note attaching the drawing first when you ask questions. Late answer may often happen, without it.
* Due to the characteristics of the product structure, size adjustment must be made by IC. Although we have package samples for adjustment, but we don't have all. So, when we don't have appropriate sample, we may as you to provide us the package sample temporarily, after an order is made. We will never use for other purpose the package sample than to confirm the precise size information. Please give us your cooperation.
* Price quote or tchnical questions via dealers are to be made in the same manner.
* In the case of that the drawing is not provided, or our IC lending request is not accepted, it is possible the products may cause a problem with the size, but it is out of our scope of our product guarantee.
* We expect the board is in the range between 1.6mm and 2.0mm thick, which our sockets are embedded on. If you use the board out of the range with our sockets, this may cause damage to sockets and/or boards themselves. If you need to use our sockets out of the range, please let us know. We are ready to provide customized solution.
* There are several screws equipped to the sockets, and they needs to be tighten properly in using sockets. Please tighten them carefully in order to avoid to damage sockets, IC and PWB.
* In tightening the screws, please use the attached hexagonal wrench. We recommend to use torque driver, and the recommended torque value is shown on the label of product number on the case.
* Please read the instruction attached to the product, and use it correctly in accordance with it.
* Don't use the sockets for purposes which may affect human body or life.
* In the case that the products are used ignoring the guide on the notice and instruction above, every responsibility is referred to users. We would not take any responsidility for problems.
